Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Anora.dev LLC (“Anora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects and uses information when you use Sygnall.io and related services (the “Service”).
1. Who we are
Sygnall.io (“Sygnall,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Anora.dev LLC. Sygnall is a pre-listing real estate technology platform that helps homeowners measure buyer demand before listing, helps buyers discover homes before they appear on the MLS, and helps licensed agents connect with sellers who have demand data.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Sygnall, you agree to this Policy.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated when you use the Service, and limited information from third parties that help us run Sygnall.
- Account details: name, email address, phone number (optional), password or Google account identifiers, role (homeowner/seller, buyer, or licensed agent), and profile preferences such as notification settings.
- Seller / listing content: property addresses and details, photos, descriptions, asking price ranges, videos or generated media, boost campaign selections, and related listing analytics.
- Buyer signals: willingness-to-pay amounts or ranges, intent level, feedback about a home, optional messages, and anonymity preferences. We design buyer interest so sellers typically see demand insights rather than a buyer’s full identity unless you choose to reveal yourself or connect.
- Agent information: brokerage name, license number and state, verification results from license-check providers, subscription and billing status.
- Communications: messages between users on Sygnall, support emails, and password-reset or product notification emails.
- Payment data: when you buy listing boosts or an agent subscription, payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation and limited billing metadata; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, approximate location derived from IP or optional location features, pages viewed, referring URLs, and similar usage analytics (including cookies or similar technologies).
- Visitor analytics: for some public listing views we may store a visitor key or analytics identifier to count unique views and improve the product.
3. How we use information
- Provide, operate, and improve Sygnall’s pre-market listings, demand analytics, messaging, boosts, and agent matching.
- Create and secure accounts, including Google sign-in where enabled.
- Show sellers aggregated or anonymized demand insights from buyer signals.
- Match licensed agents with sellers who enable agent connections, and verify agent licenses where that feature is used.
- Process payments and fulfill paid features (boosts, agent subscriptions).
- Send transactional emails (password reset, security notices) and product emails you have not opted out of (welcome, listing, boost, signal, and message notifications).
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; enforce our Terms of Service.
- Comply with law and respond to lawful requests.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run Sygnall or as required by law:
- With other users as part of the product: for example, sellers see demand metrics and may see non-anonymous details you choose to share; agents may see matched listing information; message participants see the content of conversations.
- With service providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, databases, email delivery, payment processing via Stripe, license verification providers, analytics). They are instructed to use data only to provide services to us.
- With Google when you use Google sign-in, according to Google’s terms and your Google account settings.
- If required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Anora.dev LLC, our users, or the public.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
5. Buyer anonymity and listing visibility
Sygnall is built so buyers can often express interest confidentially. Sellers primarily receive demand analytics (such as offer ranges and intent levels). Revealing a buyer’s identity or enabling direct contact may depend on product settings, mutual connection, or messages you choose to send.
Pre-market listings you publish may be visible to other users and, for public pages, to search engines or AI crawlers according to our robots configuration and page settings. Do not upload information you are not comfortable sharing in a pre-listing context.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may limit features such as staying signed in.
7. Data retention
We retain account, listing, signal, message, and billing records for as long as needed to provide Sygnall, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support; we may retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example, fraud prevention or completed transaction records).
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children’s privacy
Sygnall is intended for adults engaging in residential real estate activity. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update many profile settings in-product, manage email notification preferences, and contact support@sygnall.io for privacy requests.
If you signed in with Google, you may also manage connected apps and permissions through your Google account.
11. International users
Sygnall is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from another country, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection rules than your jurisdiction.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. Continued use of Sygnall after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
